Chinese Maggie

1. Take some garlic mince it finely and fry them in olive oil in a pan 2. Take some chopped onions and put them in the pan 3. Put some red chilli, green chilli, soya sauce, salt, pepper and toamto sauce in the pan. 4. let the onions fry and mix everything. 5. Put some water and maggie with maggie masala and wait for the maggie to be done. I added vinegar to the maggie for extra taste.

Poha

 Poha   1. Boil some water with salt and Haldi in it. 2. After the water is boiled put the poha in the boiling water stir for 10-20 seconds and drain the water. 3. Let the pohe to be dry for further use. 1. Take a pan and put some ghee in it. 2. Put some `hing` and `rai` in it. 3. (optional) add some fine chopped onions in it. 4. Take `salt`, `lal mirch`, `amchoor`, `zeera`, `yellow mirch` all about half tspoon in the pan. 5. Let the onions fry. 1. Put the Poha  in the pan with fingers making sure that they are not sticky and enough dried.  2. Mix everything until the pohe turns to darkish yellow color. 3. If you have add peanuts to the pohe If taste is missing add some salt. Try adding different things to change the flavour.
